So here we go again, but this year we have exclusive use of The Whitianga hotel on the Friday and Saturdays, until 10:30pm. Wristband access only, including the balcony.

Thursday night the 7th March is the preregistration live music party night for those arriving early.

Registration starts at 12 noon on Friday the 8th at the Whitianga Hotel.

Friday night there are two bands, raffles, a charity auction plus a third band for those partying late.

Saturday is the Show and shine, the inter-district games and a group ride to lunch at the Coroglen hotel followed by 2 bands, prize giving and a third late band.

Sunday sees a Stunt rider Exhibition, choice of two guided lunch rides and a St Paddy's day celebration at O'Malleys Bar.

Registration sales are open now - $60 per person

Registrations from 1st December are $60 pp and do not receive a rally patch

Thursday 7th - Pre-registration Party

6:00pm – 10:00pm at the Whitianga Hotel. Catch up, dine and listen to some great live music.


Friday 8th - The Fun begins

12noon. Registration collection opens at the Whitianga Hotel.

3:00pm  At The Whitianga Hotel garden bar. Catch up or party up, the choice is yours.

Food and drinks available to be purchased on site. Music in the Garden.


Main band starts in the Garden bar

7:00pm – 7:30pm  Sea Scouts presentation, Charity Auction. Saturday's ride briefing.

10:00pm – 10:30pm  Main band finishes

10:30pm   Live music from the 70’s and 80’s through till 1:00am at the inside bar.


Saturday 9th - The Fun continues           

9:00am  Those in the show and shine for best bike, public choice, meet at the Taylors Mistake Reserve.

9:30am  Start gathering at the Taylors Mistake Reserve to get ready to head out on a ride.  Vote for your best bike.

10:30am  Inter-district games

12:00am Ride to Coroglen Hotel. Barbecue Lunch included over live music until 3:30pm 

5:00pm  Meet back at the Whitianga Hotel with the main band starting at 6:00pm in the Garden bar.

7:30pm  Games Prize giving and Funds Raised Presentation.

10:30pm  Live Band finishes.

10:30pm   Live music from the 70’s and 80’s through till 1:00am at the inside bar.


Sunday 10th - The Final Day

10.30am We meet at Taylors Mistake Reserve.

10:30am Stunt Rider exhibition.

11:45am you have the option of joining one of two lunch rides.

a) We head off to ride the Coromandel loop ending up at Lukes Kitchen for Pizza and live music.

b) We head off to Hahei to soak our toes in hot water beach with lunch at one of the cafes in Pauanui.

6.00pm Back to the O'Malleys Hotel for a St Paddy's day celebration with Live Irish music

You get access to the event venues, live music, Saturday lunch, Raffles, games, Rally patch, Show and Shine.  The fun component is up to you.

Fund raising activities are fully supported and Auction proceeds go to the

Whitianga Scout Group - Den Building Fund.

Taylors Mistake Reserve 

off Albert St or Blacksmith Lane.

This is over the road from The Whitianga Hotel. It is a public access area and unlicensed.

From 2:00pm – 6:00pm Friday, and 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday and 9:00am – 1:00pm Sunday.

Bigger and bolder than the last time, this will have an open market vibe.

The Sea Scouts are running a bike wash and sausage sizzle, there will be food and craft stalls and Live Music.
